Public and Administrative Law Committee

The Public & Administrative Law Committee monitors reform proposals in public and administrative law. The Committee was established in August 2010 and had a busy first year, with submissions on a number of Bills and Law Commission papers.

The Convener is appointed by the NZLS Board and members are appointed by the NZLS President.
