Access to Red Zone buildings

Allister Davis, president of the Law Society’s Canterbury-Westland branch reports that he has had discussions with Civil Defence/Recover Canterbury and hopefully will have a meeting with them on 1 April to negotiate access to buildings housing lawyers in the Red Zone.

“If there are lawyers who have not had access to their buildings could you please email me so I can present our case,” he says.
