ANZ and The National Bank update requirements for insurance claim assignment

The ANZ and The National Bank have prepared a new update on their requirements regarding the assignment of insurance claims from vendors to purchasers of  properties in Christchurch. It also contains some general information regarding insurance claim election forms that insurers are currently asking clients to sign. The update is available here.
