Christchurch Legal Aid Office closed

The Christchurch legal aid office is closed following the earthquake. Until it reopens, all Christchurch Legal Aid Office mail should be addressed to the Grants Officer managing your file and sent to: [name of Grants Officer], c/- Takapuna Legal Aid Office, PO Box 33702, Takapuna, Auckland 0740.

The Christchurch DX W11123 can still be used as this is automatically re-routed to an alternate Agency office. All faxes and telephone calls will be re-directed so you can continue to use the Christchurch numbers. The Legal Services Agency says it doesn’t currently have access to the Christchurch files, which may cause some delays for invoices in those files, but it will keep you updated on this situation.
