Consumer rights under the CCCF Act – hardship

The Commerce Commission has posted information on its website which provides basic advice on the rights of a consumer under the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act to ask for variations in a consumer credit contract on the grounds of hardship in certain circumstances.
