High Court

All non essential High Court matters set down for this week are adjourned.

Arrangements are being made for dealing with essential High Courts matters. These include bail applications, bail appeals, Habeas Corpus, urgent judicial reviews, applications for urgent relief, and criminal appeals (where the appellant is subject to a term of imprisonment or home detention).

Until further notice applications for any High Court matters may be lodged in the Wellington registry of the High Court. Postal or electronic filing will be accepted.
