Provides free access to Federal and State legislation, statutory instruments and case law from courts and tribunals. The site also provides access to secondary legal materials such as reports, law journals and treaties.

This is a free search site which enables a user to search Commonwealth and state legislation simultaneously. Results are organised according to jurisdiction and will link through to the full text version of the Act. Legislative notes pertaining to currency and amendments since the consolidation of the Act are also provided.
ComLaw
ComLaw is the official source for Commonwealth Acts, legislative instruments, statutory rules and regulations, as well as some territory legislation. ComLaw offers sessional Acts, regulations, etc and legislative compilations (including historical compilations).
OpenAustralia.org
OpenAustralia.org contains everything in the Hansard for the House of Representatives and the Senate excluding written questions, petitions, and the divisions (voting) and so far goes back to the beginning of 2006. It also does not include committees. It is a non-partisan website run by a group of volunteers.
