Council of Europe's Treaties
This Council of Europe site contains a complete list of Council of Europe treaties and links to the full text, signatures and ratifications.

Hague Conference on Private International Law
The Hague Conference is an intergovernmental organisation focused on private international law. The website includes the full text and status (ie signatories) of a number of conventions including the Convention on Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.

International and Multilateral Treaties: Washburn
Directory with links to international treaty research, texts, documents, agreements, treaty guides and international treaty databases.

International Conventions : Multilaterals Project
Maintained by Fletcher School at Tufts University and the Edwin Ginn Library, this site provides links to a wide range of international treaties, conventions and other multilateral agreements. Treaties can be browsed according to subject or searched. The site also provides access to treaty research resources.

International Humanitarian Law Database
Contains full text of 91 Humanitarian treaties, full text access and commentaries on the four Geneva Conventions and their additional protocols, a list of signatories, ratifications relating to IHL treaties and the full text of reservations. Made available by the International Committee of the Red Cross.

International Law Commission
The International Law Commission is a body responsible for drafting international law pursuant to article 13(1) of the Charter of the UN. Its website includes drafts, topics currently under consideration and its programme of work.

Internet Law Library: Treaties and International Law
Originally published by the U.S. House of Representatives, the Internet Law Library provides links to important international conventions/treaties.

TRIPS Material on the World Trade Organization Website
Provides information on intellectual property in the WTO, news and offiial records, the text of the TRIPS agreement and other intellectual property agreements incorporated into TRIPS including The Paris Convention, Berne Convention, Rome Convention and treaty on integrated circuits.

United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights
Provides access to a wide range of documents, treaties and other publications on human rights. Includes links to other UN agencies and international organisations involved with human rights.

United Nations Treaty Collection
Contains access to a list of treaties, list of multi-lateral treaties deposited with the Secretary General and treaty handbook. The site also provides information on the treaty making process.

University of Minnesota: Human Rights Library
Provides access to international treaties relating to Human Rights. Searchable by keyword and arranged by subject eg: Rights of the child, Indigenous Rights, Disabled Persons.

UN Framework Convention on Climate Change
Includes the text of the Kyoto Protocol, a list of ratifications, and national communications.

UN Treaty Database provides access to the United Nations Treaty Series (a collection of treaties and international agreements registered or filed and recorded with and published by the Secretariat since 1946) and Multilateral Treaties deposited with the Secretary-General. Includes useful status information.

Caselaw

World Legal Information Institute (WORLDLII)
WorldLII provides a single search facility for databases located on the following Legal Information Institutes: AustLII; BAILII; CanLII; HKLII; LII (Cornell); and PacLII. WorldLII also includes separate databases including decisions of international Courts and Tribunals, databases from a number of Asian countries, and databases from South Africa (provided by Wits Law School).

Court of Arbitration for Sport
Access to cases from 2003, mediation rules and code.

European Court of Human Rights
The HUDOC database provides free online access to the case law of the European Court of Human Rights, the European Commission of Human Rights and the Committee of Ministers. The site also provides a list of pending cases, analyses of cases and effects of cases.

European Court of Justice
Contains the full text of cases brought before the Court of Justice or the Court of First Instance since 1953. Cases can be searched or browsed accroding to number or subject.

European Free Trade Agreement Court
The EFTA Court interprets the Agreement on the European Economic area. Cases can be browsed according to year. A list of pending cases and legal texts is also provided.

International Court of Justice
Provides full text access to cases from 1946 which can be browsed according to Contentious Cases and Advisory Cases. Access is also provided to the Permanent Court of International Justice 1922-1946.

International Criminal Court
Includes access to open and furture investigations.

International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda
Includes basic legal texts and cases of the ICTR.

International Labour Organisation
Includes ILO standards, conventions, a list of ratifications, and article 22 reports.

United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia
Includes legal documents relating to the ICTY, news and access to its judgments.

World Court Digest
An electronic version of selected volumes of the printed World Court Digest. It presents digested views of the International Court of Justice on various issues in international law, as expressed in their judgments, advisory opinions and orders. Both browsing and search facilities are available.

EUR-Lex
Comprehensive site which includes a searchable database of EU case law and legislation. Also links to the Official Journal of the European Communities, Treaties, Parliamentary questions and documents of public interest.

Provides links to primary foreign and international legal resources, research aids and sites useful in conducting international legal research. This site is produced by the Wasburn University School of Law Library.

A Law Library of Congress site which provides a database of, and links to, several thousand sources of information worldwide on law and government that are available online without charge.

Centre of Islamic and Middle Eastern Law
Provides access to a variety Islamic and Middle Eastern legal materials including, for example, the Charter of the Arab League, commentary and legal rulings, articles, and a list of texts on Islamic law.
