Information on Court hours over holiday period

The New Zealand Law Society has put together a summary of court hours over the Christmas/New Year period in 2011-12.

The information, which is also carried in the issue of LawTalk published on 16 December 2011 (at page 20), shows opening and closing days and hours for the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, District Courts, Employment Court, Environment Court and Māori Land Courts.

Details are also included on how the national Family Courts service for urgent applications over the period will operate.
