Christchurch Flying Start course cancelled

The New Zealand Law Society has cancelled the Flying Start course which was scheduled for Christchurch on 5-6 March.

The Flying Start programme is designed to provide training for lawyers who want to commence practice on their own behalf, and completion of the course is a requirement.

All registrants for the Christchurch course will receive a refund. The Law Society advises that it has been unable to contact registrants directly as it cannot access records due to the earthquake.

Spaces are currently available at Flying Start courses in other centres. These include Auckland (12 March), Hamilton (5 and 12 March) and Wellington (18 June). Further information on these is available at http://www.lawyerseducation.co.nz/shop/2010+Archive/Workshops+2010/Flying+Start+-+Auckland.html.
