Lawyers discussion forum established for Red Zone issues
The New Zealand Law Society's Property Law Section has established a special lawyers-only discussion site for the exchange of information about progress on property settlements in the Christchurch Red Zone.
The discussion forum is located in the Law Society's my.lawsociety website.
The objective is to provide a place where lawyers can discuss and share information about the CERA process, contracts, etc for the Crown acquisition of property in Christchurch’s residential red zone.
Lawyers will need to use their special New Zealand Law Society login to access the forum on my.lawsociety.
