ANZ and National Banks provide additional property settlement information

The ANZ and National Banks have updated an overview of their requirements for new residential lending and property settlements in the Canterbury region. The new update is available here. It includes information on some general matters, including who to contact with any settlement related queries, the additional information that will be needed before the banks can draw down any new lending against residential proeprty in Canterbury, and some information about insurance issues that customers may face.
