Changes to legislation as result of the earthquake

The Parliamentary Counsel Office has prepared an updated list of recent changes to legislation in response to the Canterbury earthquake. This shows that at 29 March, 21 orders and regulations had been made under the Canterbury Earthquake Response and Recovery Act 2010, and a further 13 other orders and regulations have been made in respect of the earthquake. Another 7 orders and regulations made in respect of the earthquake have now expired or been revoked.
