Christchurch Prosecution Inquiries

The District Prosecutions Manager for Canterbury, Acting Senior Sergeant Ash Tabb, has advised that from 25 March all Prosecution email inquiries for Christchurch should be addressed to the following Police Prosecution Service Christchurch email address pps.christchurch@police.govt.nz.

This is to prevent individual members of PPS getting emails who may not be working in PPS currently due to Operation Earthquake, or working out of town, or on leave, etc. It will ensure that Prosecutions are giving service to the key stakeholders and the correct Prosecutions staff members get the emails to action.

This address will be checked multiple times a day by Rangiora-based staff to make sure matters are dealt with in a timely manner.
