Duty Solicitors at the Prison: Interview times

The Reception and Movements Manager at Christchurch Men’s Prison, Stephen Eaton, has advise that to reduce any delays and ensure prisoners are available for interview prior to be transported to Rangiora for their sentencing, bookings should be made with the Prison.

For prisoners appearing for sentencing at 11:45am, the interview will need to be concluded by no later than 10:15am.
For prisoners appearing for sentencing at2:15pm, the interview will need to be concluded by no later than 12:30pm.
