Emergency Family Court and Family Violence Applications
The Ministry of Justice has advised that all emergency Family Court and Family Violence applications in Christchurch should go to Wellington District Court in the first instance (Fax: 04 918 8053) or to Dunedin District Court as second choice (Fax: 03 471 5178).
