Employment Relations Authority update

Information received from ERA staff in Christchurch describes their offices as “in a state of chaos” and located in a no-go zone. All filing should be done through ERA offices in Wellington (phone 04 915 9550, fax 04 915 9549) and Auckland (phone 09 970 1550, fax 09 970 1559) . There will be no hearings of matters filed in the Christchurch office before 10 March, but there have been no decisions made beyond that date.
