Sections

Under the new regime, the three New Zealand Law Society sections will continue to represent the interests of their members practising in their respective areas of law:

The sections will also perform some regulatory functions, in that some of their work may assist and promote law reform to uphold the rule of law or the administration of justice in New Zealand.
