Australasian Legal Information Institute (AUSTLII)
Provides free full text access to consolidated NSW Acts and Regulations. Legislation available through AustLII is not the official or authorised version.

Government of New South Wales Legislation
Provides full text access to versions of NSW legislation which are supplied by the NSW Parliamentary Counsel Office.  The site provides current consolidated legislation, assent versions, repealed legislation and historical versions of Acts.

Caselaw 

Australasian Legal Information Institute (AUSTLII)
Provides free access to a wide range of NSW decisions including the Supreme Court, Land and Environment Court, Administrative Decisions Tribunal (and Appeals Tribunal) and the Fair Trading Tribunal. Dates vary according to each Court and Tribunal. The site also provides access to Law Reform Commission Reports and Superior Courts of NSW Case Notes.

NSW Court & Tribunal Decisions
This site includes selected decisions from NSW Courts and Tribunals including the Court of Appeal, the Local Court, Court of Criminal Appeal and the Medical Tribunal.  Dates vary according to each Court and Tribunal.  A link to AUSTLII is provided for decisions pre 1999. The site also includes Supreme Court Sentencing Guideline Judgments.

Government

LawLink NSW
The NSW Attorney General's Department web site.  This site contains information about people's rights, going to court, birth, deaths and marriage registration, crime information and resources for lawyers and the media.  It also contains links to NSW courts and tribunals as well as other states.

NSW Government
provides information about the NSW Government, a directory with information on Courts and Judges, Ministers and an A-Z list of Government Agencies as well as links to a wide range of resources from Business to Transport.

NSW Parliament
Contains information on the Legislative Council (Upper House) and Legislative Assembly (Lower House) as well as full text access to Hansard and Parliamentary papers. Access to Hansard is searchable or browsable by date, Bill name, speaker and House. The site also provides full text access to Bills which can be browsed or searched.

Parliamentary Counsel's Office
Contains a Legislation Guide which provides information on the status of legislation and Statutory Instruments.  A Weekly Bulletin which details Bills introduced, passed or amended, Statutory Instruments Gazetted and reprints of legislation completed.  The site also provides Exposure Drafts of consultation for Bills.

NSW Department of Industrial Relations
This site deals with industrial relations matters and contains awards of pay, historical awards of pay; rights and responsibilities of employees and employers; employment practices and work place safety.

Law Foundation of NSW
Law Foundation information (including a link to the Law Foundation Act 1979). Reproduces the Law Foundation Bulletin and provides information on grants and grant applications.

New South Wales Bar Association
Contains information about the, latest edition of the Stop Press, a brief library catalogue (short titles) and Legal Profession Act 1987 (NSW).

NSW Law Society
Contains information about the society, its services and upcoming events. Also contains a searchable Find a Lawyer database of accredited legal specialists.
