Department of Justice
Consolidated statutes - locate by title, by subject and with search function (basic and advanced). Some repealed acts. Annual statutes (ie unannotated) from 1995. Constitution, charter of rights and freedoms, criminal code. Regulations and other statutory instruments (alphabetically) by enabling Act.

Parliament of Canada
Enormous site offers access to Senate and House of Commons business including Bills, Debates / Hansard of both houses (since 1999) with a subject index, latest Journals of the Houses and information on the progress of legislation.

CanLII (Canadian Legal Information Institute)
Project of the federation of Canadian law societies, modelled as a Legal Information Institute. Maintains collections of databases / materials hosted on Internet sites elsewhere. Includes federal and state legislation, federal and state case law where available. Each database is searchable

Canada Gazette
Provides access to the Canada Gazette Part I, Part II (contains Statutory Instruments) and Part III (recent Public Acts of Parliament) since 1998.

Jurist Canada
Provides access to federal and provincial legislation, cases and new Bills and Orders in Council.  The database can be searched or browsed via drop-down menus.  The site also provides access to new cases, administrative rulings and other online databases.

CanLII (Canadian Legal Information Institute)
Contains caselaw from the Supreme Court of Canada, Federal Court of Appeal  and Tax Court of Canada .

Federal Court of Canada
Access to decisions of the Federal Court of Canada since 1996. (Note - not all are in English). Also provides access to Federal Court Reports since 1993 and Federal Court Rules.

The Supreme Court of Canada
Searchable database of Supreme Court of Canada decisions from 1948.

Tax Court of Canada
Access to judgments since 1997. Searchable by year, docket number, style of case or subject matter.

Canadian Human Rights Tribunal
Provides searchable access to decisions of the tribunal since 1990.

Canadian Law List
A comprehensive listing of Canadian law firms, lawyers, judges and government departments. Features law firm profiles, areas of practice and related services to the legal profession.

Canadian Bar Association
Information about the Canadian Bar Association, including messages from the branches, sections and conferences, connections and a joining facility.

Federation of Law Societies of Canada
Information of the Federation, which is the umbrella organisation to 13 of the 14 Law Societies in Canada. Provides links to the Law Society sites.
