Access to cases from the Court of Appeal, Court of Queen's Bench of Manitoba and Provincial Court of Manitoba. Can be searched or browsed by style of cause or date of judgment.

Court Registry System
The Court Registry System contains records of documents filed and hearings scheduled for the Court of Appeal and some Queen’s Bench Divisions. Judgments are not yet available.

Province of Manitoba
Government information includes links to all online departments and agencies, the legislative assembly and a news release section. The Department of Justice site has legal information by subject including court processes.

Legislative Assembly of Manitoba
Provides current Bills and a Bills status report, as well as recent Hansard which can be searched. Information about legislative activity is available including the rule book, the daily order paper, votes and proceedings.

Legal profession

Law Society of Manitoba
A self-governing association of all the practising lawyers in Manitoba. This site provides information on legal aid, the complaints commissioner, CLE programmes, contacting the Law Society and a lawyer referral programme.

Manitoba Bar Association
Voluntary organisation for the advancement of the legal profession. Services of interest include information on the process of incorporation of lawyers and real estate conveyancing practice guidelines.

Law Reform Commission
Hosts information about the Commission, current projects and recent reports and publications.
