NZ lawyers asked to participate in workplace behaviour survey

The New Zealand Law Society and Australian state law societies have partnered with researchers from the University of Queensland to conduct a comprehensive research project on workplace behaviour and culture within the legal services industry.

The two-part confidential survey is collecting data from New Zealand and Australia, and summary information on New Zealand results will be provided to the New Zealand Law Society when analysis is complete. This information will be provided to New Zealand lawyers.

The survey will conclude at the end of November 2011 and the researchers are offering participants the chance to enter a draw to win a gift voucher to the value of A$250.

New Zealand lawyers are invited to participate. The first part of the survey (10-15 minutes to complete) is available here. Respondents who complete this are then sent another, shorter, survey (5 minutes to complete).
