The New Zealand Law Society and national legal recruitment specialists Momentum are carrying out a survey of legal salaries in New Zealand.
The New Zealand Law Society/Momentum Legal Salary Survey 2011 aims to gather indicative information on the legal employment market.
There is relatively little data freely available on legal salary levels and the objective is to establish a useful base of information for reference.
The survey is being carried out for NZLS by Momentum. All information provided will be treated as strictly confidential by the researchers, and names or identifying data will not be linked to individual responses. The raw data will be analysed by an independent analyst and the results aggregated before release to NZLS and Momentum.
All New Zealand lawyers are invited to participate in the 10-minute survey, which can be accessed here.
The survey closes on 15 October. All participants may enter their email address (which will only be used to contact the winner) into a draw for a 8GB iPod Touch. Results of the survey and information will be made available to NZLS members when analysis has been completed.
