In House Advisor-Property Manager - Auckland
This is an in-house role, reporting to our General Manager - Residential Property Management where you will be providing advice and support to our Auckland wide Property Management business.
You'll be preparing documentation, reviewing current documentation and responding to disputes and tribunal cases whilst managing compliance priorities, training our teams and utilising your knowledge to strategically influence matters affecting our business.
To be successful in this role you will need 2+ years' experience working for a law firm or within a similar in-house role with a good understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act.
You'll also need:
- To be a qualified solicitor with a practising certificate in NZ
- Confident communication skills
- To be able to work independently and as part of a team
- An eye for detail
- To be a skilled negotiator
