Intermediate Commercial/Property Lawyer 2+ years PQE - Queenstown

Todd & Walker Law are looking to employ an intermediate Commercial/Property Lawyer to join our growing law practice based in Queenstown.

You will work as part of our experienced Commercial and Property teams in an environment that is both friendly and supportive. You will receive plenty of opportunities to grow your skills and will gain exposure to a variety of interesting work.

On a day to day basis you will be involved with:

  • Managing property transactions for residential, commercial and rural clients
  • Subdivisions and property development
  • Lease drafting and negotiation
  • Business acquisitions, sales and structuring
  • Estate, trusts and succession planning

You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, manage workloads well and have an enthusiastic approach to your work.
