Copeland Ashcroft Law is a dynamic national practice that continues to grow and go from strength to strength providing specialist employment law and health and safety services to clients throughout New Zealand. To support demand for their strong offering to clients in these areas, we are currently seeking two experienced employment law specialists (5+ PQE) for each of the established offices at Queenstown and Dunedin.
The ideal candidates will be experienced in all aspects of employment law including litigation, and will preferably also have health and safety law experience. They will also have proven success in business development, enthusiasm for developing strong client relationships, a strong sense of professionalism, effective written and oral communications skills and the ability to become invaluable strategic partners to our valued clients.
With support and resourcing from Copeland Ashcroft Law’s additional Invercargill, Hawkes Bay and Tauranga based offices, the successful candidates will provide a wide range of employment and health and safety law services including legal representation, advice on the interpretation and application of employment and health and safety law and support for employers through some challenging situations in mediation as well as the Authority and Courts.
