Judicial Review and Constitutional Balance address, Wellington, 28 February
Dame Sian Elias has served as Chief Justice for nearly 20 years and has presided in the Supreme Court since it was established in 2004. Her term ends next month.
In this address, hosted by Victoria University of Wellington and the New Zealand Centre for Public Law, Dame Sian will offer some reflections about judicial review and its role in maintaining constitutional balance.
