Cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference organiser at otago@lawsociety.org.nz.
Cancellation before 19 April 2024 will incur an $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation on or after 19 April 2024 will forfeit the full registration fee.
Any refund requests will be at the discretion of the conference organiser.
All refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but please advise the conference organiser of any name change for administration purposes.
There will be no refunds for any booked delegate who does not attend on the day.
