Civil Litigation/Employment Lawyer | 4-8 Years PQE - Queenstown
Todd & Walker Law have an exciting opportunity for an experienced civil litigation lawyer to join our Queenstown office. We are a growing practice with a strong litigation team who advise on a wide range of civil and employment litigation matters across all levels and forums of dispute resolution.
This role offers exposure to varied, high-quality civil litigation work including business disputes, debt collection, insolvency matters, property litigation, contractual disputes, construction contract disputes and employment law. You will work with some of the firm’s top clients which include aviation companies, large construction entities, large developers and high end real estate companies.
You will work directly with the firm’s civil litigation Principal and work collaboratively with other members of the team in a mentoring capacity. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously on files, appear in Courts and tribunals and grow your skills in a supportive and flexible team environment.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with the following:
- 4-8 years PQE in civil litigation court experience and alternative dispute resolution experience in mediations and arbitrations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate and details focused
- A confident, pro-active and enthusiastic approach to work
- A proven ability to establish and retain strong client relationships
- The ability to work independently to deliver results and also enjoy being part of a friendly team.
