Luke Bowers in the Auckland corporate team has been promoted to senior associate.
Luke’s expertise lies in corporate and securities law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions.
He advises clients on a broad range of transactions, including private mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, joint ventures, reorganisations and capital raisings, on Overseas Investment Act matters.
Tom Cleary in the Auckland litigation team has been promoted to senior associate.
