Solicitor-General appoints Hamilton Crown Solicitor
Jacinda Nancy Foster has been appointed Crown Solicitor at Hamilton, taking effect 1 November 2019.
Partner at Almao Douch, Jacinda was announced on 15 October 2019 by Una Jugose QC. She takes over the role from Ross Douch following his retirement in March.
Jacinda graduated from University of Waikato with a LLB in 1996 and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court in Hamilton the same year. Broadly experienced in criminal law, Jacinda has served as a Crown prosecutor for 16 years.
