Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Minister Gerry Brownlee has given approval for several minor amendments to be made following Environment Canterbury's review of the Land Use Recovery Plan, with effect from 14 April 2016.

A public notice published by the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet says the amendments will clarify the interpretation and assist with the application of the Recovery Plan.

Approval was also made under section 27 of the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Act 2011 to amend several Resource Management Act documents, with effect from 16 April 2016.
