Dates announced for Queen's Counsel ceremonies

Information has been released on the dates of the ceremonies to call to the inner bar the eight barristers who were appointed Queen's Counsel on 5 December 2019.

These are as follows:

Len Anderson

Dunedin, Thursday, 13 February 2020. Ceremony starts at 4pm, Dunedin No 1 High Court.

Nicolette Levy and Karen Feint

Wellington, Wednesday, 19 February 2020. Ceremony starts at 4pm, Wellington, No 1 Ceremonial High Court, Old High Court, Stout Street.

Janet McLean, Simon Foote, Julie-Anne Kincaide and Stephen Hunter

Auckland, Monday, 9 March 2020. Ceremony starts at 4pm, Auckland No 1 High Court.

Jonathan Temm

Rotorua, Friday, 3 April 2020. Ceremony starts at 4pm, Rotorua High Court.

Full ceremonial dress is preferred for the ceremonies - wig and gown. Attendees are requested to arrive 15 minutes early in order to be seated in time for the commencement.
