From 1 July 2020, there will be a small increase to the price of document delivery and gown hire at the New Zealand Law Society | Te Kāhui Ture Libraries.
The first change to our Library charges since 2015, these increases reflect the rise in costs of making resources available in our libraries.
The Document Delivery charge will be $18 per item (+ GST). Urgent document delivery (within 2 hours) will increase to $25 per item (+ GST).
Document delivery requests include such items as, but not limited to:
- unreported judgments and tribunal decisions
- reported judgments
- journal articles
- excerpts from texts
- excerpts from statutes and regulations
- Gazette notices
- forms/precedents
Gown hire, available from Wellington and Auckland libraries will now be $15 a day.
