Alistair Robertson has returned to MinterEllisonRuddWatts as a Special Counsel in the Financial Services team.

Alistair brings extensive experience in financial services and banking regulation, managed funds, regulatory investigations and inquiries, and conduct and culture related matters.

Alistair was most recently Head of Compliance at ANZ Bank. As Head of ANZ’s Second Line regulatory compliance functions, Alistair led a team of compliance managers providing compliance expertise and oversight across the full range of New Zealand financial services and banking regulation.
