Anthony Harper has appointed Lisa Jacobs as its new CEO. She has been with the firm in the role of Chief Operating Officer for the past four years.

Before her move to Anthony Harper Lisa was General Counsel at NZ Funds Management  for 14 years. Before that she worked at Ernst and Young as a tax and securities lawyer.

Anthony Harper says it believes Lisa is the first woman CEO of a major law firm in New Zealand. It says it is the fastest growing law firm in the country, with revenues having increased over 80% since 2013, 12 new partners joining, and a 70% increase in the number of authors over the last three years.
