Specialist property and construction law firm, Thompson Blackie Biddles, has announced the promotion of David Simpson and Tom McGarry to Associate.

David joined the firm in 2015. He specialises in a range of property matters, with a particular focus on commercial leasing, development agreements and acquisitions and disposals. David holds an LLB / BProp from the University of Auckland.

Tom joined the firm in 2016. He specialises in commercial acquisitions and disposals, industrial and office leasing and ground lease matters; assisting both private and corporate clients. Tom holds an LLB (Hons) / BProp from the University of Auckland.
