Noon Sefton and Rachel Mould joined specialist health sector firm Claro Law in January 2020.

Noon Sefton (nee Sirisamphan) joined as a Senior Associate. Noon has been working in health law and professional regulatory frameworks for a number of years, both in law firms and regulatory bodies. Noon’s background is in general litigation and throughout her legal career, she gained valuable perspectives from various roles.

Rachel Mould has joined Claro as a Solicitor. Rachel graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Canterbury in 2016. Rachel has also completed a Master of Health Law at the University of Sydney, where her studies covered the regulation of health professions, the impact of new technologies on healthcare and global health law and governance. Rachel is based in Claro’s Christchurch office.
