DLA Piper New Zealand has promoted Nicole MacFarlane to special counsel in its financial services team. Nicole advises clients in the financial services and funds management sector.

The firm has promoted five lawyers as senior associates: Tom Barnes in the financial services team, Aimee Credin in the healthcare team, Pavanie Edirisuriva and Erin Vercoe in the corporate team, and Megan Yardley in the resource management team.

Two lawyers in the firm have also been promoted as senior solicitors: Nick Chapman in the litigation team, and Samuel Wilson in the corporate team.
