Auckland law firm Fee Langstone has promoted Imogen Allan and Courtney Brooke (nee Anderson) to the role of Senior Solicitor.

Imogen Allan’s civil litigation practice is broad but regularly involves negligence claims and disciplinary complaints against professionals. She also reviews indemnity issues and insurance policy wording to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements such as those relating to the provision of financial services and those under the Human Rights Act and Privacy Act. She is also part of the firms’ emerging cyber risk practice.

Courtney Brooke has six years’ experience and has been with Fee Langstone for the past two years.  She gained experience at a general practise firm in Auckland before moving to London for four years where she specialised in financial services regulation, particularly wholesale banking and unauthorised investments schemes.  She works on both general civil litigation and insurance matters, including being part of our strong earthquake litigation team.
