Holland Beckett announced that James McDougall joined the partnership on 1 April 2021. James joined Holland Beckett Law in 2017 and has built a strong litigation practice in our Rotorua office. He is an experienced litigator advising clients on a broad range of contentious issues. He regularly appears in Court and various tribunals, and has a particular skill identifying and bringing appropriate cases to early resolution, or otherwise ensuring they are determined by the Courts or at arbitration in a strategic and efficient manner.
