Barbara Lloyd has been appointed legal counsel at Auckland's Intueri Education Group Ltd to oversee legal, corporate governance and risk management activities. 

Ms Lloyd was admitted in December 1984. She worked as a solicitor with McKenna & Co before moving to Bell Gully in 1990, leaving in 2001 when she was Senior Associate.

In April 2008 she began work with Chapman Tripp, before leaving in May 2015 to take up her present role.
