Kelly Williams has joined Buddle Findlay's Auckland office as a senior associate in the banking and finance team.

She has a broad range of experience in domestic and cross-border financing transactions with particular experience in property finance and corporate finance transactions and represents both borrowers and lenders.

Before joining Buddle Findlay, Kelly worked in the banking and finance teams at other major New Zealand law firms.
