Auckland University's Legal Research Foundation has made Associate Professor Ken Palmer an honorary life member.

It particularly recognises his ten years of service as editor of Recent Law Review from 1978 to 1988.

Foundation Director Andrew Brown QC says Professor Palmer's outstanding and consistent effort anchored and enhanced the publication among both judges and the legal profession and provided the basis for it to evolve into the New Zealand Law Review.
