Kensington Swan is delighted to announce the promotion of Peter Fernando to Senior Associate.

Peter is a member of Kensington Swan's specialist national information technology law team. Based in Wellington, Peter practices information technology and commercial contract law. Peter joined Kensington Swan in 2009 after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in computer science, experience in the software industry, and a law degree from Victoria University of Wellington.

Peter has been involved in the majority of the information technology, procurement, and outsourcing projects undertaken by Kensington Swan's technology law team since 2009.
