Laura Valiant has been appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary for FlexiGroup New Zealand.

Admitted as a barrister and solicitor in September 2000, Laura has experience in legal, financial services and executive roles.

She has, provided commercial, transactional and strategic legal advice for large global companies and financial institutions in both the UK and New Zealand.

Laura has moved to FlexiGroup from the role of Deputy General Counsel, Head of Legal (New Zealand) and Company Secretary for Latitude Financial Services.
