Special Counsel for public law firm Chen Palmer, Marina Matthews, has been appointed CEO of Superdiversity Institute (SDI), an organisation which advocates for diversity and inclusion across leadership and challenges facing the superdiverse.

Marina has extensive experience in public policy and government relations, formerly a special advisor to several Education Ministers. Her expertise includes education statutory, regulatory and funding requirements for the early childhood, schooling, and tertiary education sectors.

Marina delivers CQ (Cultural Intelligence) Tick training, an accreditation from the Superdiversity Institute, as well as unconscious bias training. She is Ngati Kahu and Tuwharetoa.

SDI is an umbrella organisation, also incorporating NZ Asian Leaders and Super Diverse Women.
