McMillan&Co has recently appointed Sarah Caulton to the firm’s litigation team, specialising in immigration law. An Otago law graduate, Sarah has worked in the UK and Australia, coming to McMillan&Co from the Melbourne office of global US immigration law practice, Fragomen. Sarah has particular expertise in the representation of investor and skilled migrant visa applicants, with Special Case applications to the Minister of Immigration under s.61, and for applicants with complex health and character issues.
