Ashley-Jayne (AJ) Lodge joined Anderson Lloyd in 2021 with over 10 years’ experience as a lawyer, and most recently a partner in another Christchurch firm. AJ has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science (majoring in psychology) from the University of Otago.
AJ represents clients at mediation, in the Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court, High Court, and the human rights and privacy institutions. She provides advice to boards on governance matters, organisational change management, and complex settlements. AJ also acts for employer insurers. Although Christchurch based, AJ travels to Auckland and Queenstown regularly and represents clients from New Zealand and across the globe.
