National law firm Russell McVeagh has announced the appointment of Tom Hunt and David Raudkivi to the partnership.

Tom Hunt, who is based in the firm's Wellington office, specialises in debt capital markets and financial services regulation.

David Raudkivi is based in Auckland, and specialises in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and other corporate transactions.
